Update: Apple has updated its service status page to reflect the problem, although there’s still no word on when it will be fixed.
Apple is having problems with a number of its services, with the iTunes Store, App Store and Mac App Store all experiencing sporadic outages, while app submission service iTunes Connect is also down and beta testing platform TestFlight is unavailable to some.
This appears to be a worldwide issue, although Apple has not yet issued a response. Both the iOS and Mac App Store are accessible, but problems occur when trying to access specific apps. A similar thing happens with the iTunes Store, where content is visible, but it cannot be purchased.
Weirdly, although social media is full of reports of this happening, Apple’s service status page suggests everything is working normally.
We’ll update this post as more information becomes available.

I’m currently in Vietnam and also affected by this…..
Whew…. I was about to have a heart attack. I tried signing into iTunes Connect and it kept giving me error 2001 and assumed I was hacked!
Same here. We’ve just got our new game in the Best New Games list. Being hacked now would be a big problem. Hope they fix it soon.
