Apple’s first iTunes Festival for the U.S. will take place at next month’s SXSW event in Austin, Texas. It will be held in Moody Theater, home of Austin City Limits, and will feature a whole host of chart-topping artists — including Coldplay, Imagine Dragons, Pitbull, Keith Urban, ZEDD, and more.

The iTunes Festival kicks off on March 11, and as always, tickets are completely free; you can apply for them via Apple’s website. All five nights will also be streamed live to iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, and PC for those who can’t make it.

The event is traditionally held in London, and over 400 artists have taken part in it so far, entertaining more than 430,000 fans. Last year’s festival took place at the Roundhouse, and featured music from Justin Timberlake, Thirty Seconds to Mars, Jack Johnson, and Jessie J.

“The iTunes Festival in London has become an incredible way for Apple to share its love of music with our customers,” said Eddy Cue, Apple’s senior vice president of Internet Software and Services, in a press release published today. “We’re excited about the incredible lineup of artists performing and SXSW is the perfect place to debut the first iTunes Festival in the US.”
