Okay, obviously, we’re big fans of the iPad here, and by all accounts, the Surface is a piece of hardware that isn’t quite ready for prime time. Still, this incredible fake advertisement for the Surface would — if officially sanctioned by Microsoft and aired during prime time — probably be enough to get us to buy one, if we ever were going to. Just awesome, and turns out that at least one of these guys has done a video we really liked before.

    Very clever.
I would love to see an iPad cut down a line of Wall Street analysts in the same manner.
Wouldn’t have to be an ad. :)

The “32gb” surface comes with only 16 gigs free. Over half of the hdd has preinstalled software and the OS on it. yipes!

The app you just saw with the high level of awesomeness is called DJay by Algoriddim. Oops, iOS exclusive.

A piano has a high level of awesomeness?

Also i’m pretty sure it’s Garage Band

Cute ad, but I still wouldn’t buy. Small HDD (after OS), too few apps, and a young OS. Tired of all the OS changes from MS. That’s what I loved after switching to OS X.

    Nope, GarageBand.

But you are correct that it is an iOS exclusive

There is no word for the level of stupidity in that video.

    Microsoft would love it
