The wait for a redesigned MacBook Air with an M2 processor will be over soon, if a tipster is correct. The notebook will supposedly be announced at Apple’s Worldwide Developers Conference in June. And a version of the Mac mini with the M2 allegedly will be unveiled at the same time.
If true, these will be the first Macs with the improved replacement for Apple’s M1 processor.
Adapters simplify the sometimes-messy process of connecting things to our computers. I regularly travel, and I’ve found there are three USB adapters that get me through most of my connection problems.
If you, for example, suddenly need to use a new accessory at a client’s office, or get power at an airport, these adapters will get you through. And they are very affordable.
After Apple rolled out its new Studio Display on March 18, the reviews poured in. Many praised the 27-inch 5K display. But some found faults. Ultimately, after the dust settled, a primary question lingered. It’s good, for the most part, but is it worth the $1,600 price?

Apple reportedly has half a dozen Macs with the next-generation M2 processor in testing. These are a mix of MacBooks and desktops.
Some supposedly will arrive later in 2022, but Apple won’t release the rest until 2023.
Photos of Apple’s unreleased dual USB-C charger with a total output of 35W have surfaced online. The images show the adapter will have a compact design with foldable electrical prongs and two USB-C ports located side by side.
It will also feature two circular indents on both sides that should aid with grip when removing the charger from a power outlet.

Apple said Thursday it plans to use the world’s first commercial-grade, low-carbon aluminum in the iPhone SE. It will come from a Canadian company called Elysis. And funds from Apple’s $4.7 billion in Green Bonds supporting green technology will pay for it.
It’s the first aluminum manufactured at industrial scale without carbon emissions. That makes it better for the environment than aluminum produced by other manufacturing techniques.
