It may look like a flask, but the contents of the XTRON pack more of a punch than your favorite bourbon.

It’s a portable power bank from Maximas with a whopping 13400mAh. Its best feature is the USB-C port, the up-and-coming USB standard, and it is capable of charging any laptop with this port, especially the newest MacBook.

The XTRON will be available in two colors and will soon seek funding on Indiegogo.

Apple unveiled a new MacBook earlier this year featuring a USB-C, which allows charging, data transfer and video output in a single connector. A few other computers feature USB-C, including the Chromebook Pixel and Nokia N1 tablet.

Maximas is not the first to design a portable USB-C power bank (the Reach Go by Mos was among the first accessories with a USB-C port), but does join a rather small club as computing power slowly moves towards the C standard. Powerbanks that can charge a laptop are starting to get smaller and XTRON’s palm-sized bank may be the smallest.

XTRON, which comes in black and gold or white with brushed aluminum, features Panasonic battery cells similar to those found in the Tesla electric cars, according to the company.

Of course, the XTRON has you covered for your other devices with a micro USB port and a USB-A output. According the Maximas website, the Xtron can charge two MacBooks, a MacBook and iPad or two iPad simultaneously. You can also charge an IPhone 6s up to six times on a charge, according to the company.

The XTRON is on Indiegogo for $69 to early backers. Down the road, it is expected to retail for $99.
