It’s funny how everyone seemed to get just about everything wrong with this announcement. Everyone seemed hell bent sure about a Facebook app. Very forgettable show.

Very professional event. Apple’s online teaching tools should be expanded to explain more built in features within IOS5 and some great new Apps before they get lost in a new product announcement, as Siri was presented in detail. Many other new features and Apps exist and will sell the Apple appliances by themselves. The 4S with 8MP camera and 1080p video should have the camera makers as unsettled as the phone manufacturers.

Am I the only one underwhelmed by Tim Cook’s presentation ability?  I understand that he’s having to go on after one of the greatest public presenters that most of us will ever see, but Tim looks less like the Apple CEO that I feel comfortable with, and more like a Target manager giving the nightly sales report.  I really hope that he just lets the rest of team take over from here on out, or gets some coaching.. or a black faux turtle neck (joke) or something.  This is the first keynote that I can remember that I turned off and just watched the created videos for the event.
