This iPad Is Powered Solely By A Child’s Imagination

If you’ve got a small child with a sticky fingered fascination for your “magical” iPad, why not give him or her this adorable analog tablet instead?

It costs just $30, and it’s super cute: an adorable little iPad-shaped whiteboard, complete with candy-like, magnetic app icons. Or why not just buy one for yourself and hang on your fridge? This is just darling.

iPad-shaped whiteboard…..Nice idea BUT…Complete with candy-like, magnetic app icons? Candy like???…. Mmmmm… small children with candy like icons…. I can see a trip to a hospital or worse still chocking on these “cute” candy like icons….Second thoughts, maybe not such a good idea

-1 for this product. Any child would prefer a real iPad. The iPad brought computing to children.

    Good point.

Plus, Apple will undoubtedly sue for infringement on their IP.

However, I love this thing! I hope against all hope that Apple will protect their property by granting a (stupid-cheap) license to this company. And that they put “Ages 5+” on the box. :-D

You could give your iPad to your kid and buy yourself an iPad2, or wait and di it when the iPad3 comes out!

I have  19 month old and he just loves to play with my iPad2 but these magnetic icons  candy like icons are really going to be dangerous. I already have enough hard time keeping coins away!!

“Just” $30?? Sure, it’s cute and all, but jeeze, no whiteboard is worth that much.

Yeah, this wouldn’t go over well at all. I do let my nieces and nephews use my iPad under supervision and haven’t had a problem with it. Have even downloaded a variety of apps to fit their age range which is 8 months to 10 years. Yes, even the 8 month old uses the iPad. I’ll let them continue to use it under supervision.

I am sure the weekend will go much better without having to worry about someone swallowing a magnet.

Nothing like giving a $600 slate of easily broken glass to a small, clumsy child who has yet to develop all his motor skills.
