Nice App. 4 out of 5 Rating.

Google Browser is a nice, clean app typical of Google’s UI. Runs smooth and fast, only slightly faster than Safari but not by much and depends on site. Has its own Voice Activated search feature…with push of button can speak what you’re searching for , and is good at recognition…even saying “Um..” wondering what to make it search for got picked up…displaying pages for Uma Thurman which is funny. But picks up nicely from a distance as well. The Google Apps or features are usable, just as on standard desktop or laptop versions. UI avails to easily swiping between site ‘pages’ and gives picture view of swappable History.
The only thing that does not work, is the Google Goggles. This rich feature, which allows one to take a picture of something…I.e. landmark, store, etc…and get information sent regarding it…or by scanning a product’s bar code and getting info…is only workable on Android…not iPad. Being this is a big feature and not compatible on iOS…gives it a bit lower rating, but all in all a nice browser app.

If android was more consistent with this app, google+, gmail, google docs and everything else google, than I might actually consider buying one. Google has a very good aesthetic going but it seems that Android has been left out.
