Can you use the touch screen to interact with the mac? That is, in the video the dock was shown displayed on the iPad. Could the user launch an app by touching the dock? Move or resize a window by touch instead of the mouse or track pad?

Does the iPad have to be paired with the Mac you’re going to be using this with? My girlfriend has an iPad and it would be really helpful for doing word processing on my Macbook when I’m at her place.
I’m pretty sure you have to be on the same wireless network.
Something that was forgotten to be mentioned, I believe, is that iDisplay for your Mac only works in 32-bit mode. Those of us that are fond of our 64-bit kernels are SOL.
I like the idea, especially for use with a MacBook but the reviews on the App Store are shocking
Does this work with Lion OS? I assume you have to have your iPad hooked up to your Mac?
