After Harry Styles kicked off the return of the Apple Music Live series, Chicago rapper Lil Durk continues it. His live concert streams Wednesday.
The rapper’s show takes place in Los Angeles, but Apple’s streaming series lets you watch and listen to it anywhere.
Second Apple Music Live show features rapper Lil Durk
The Apple Music Live series continues with a live concert stream of rapper Lil Durk on June 29 at 7 p.m. PT.
Apple noted Lil Durk is one of this year’s most-talked-about artists. He will perform music from his latest album, 7220, as well as fan favorites.
This is the second concert in Apple’s revived Apple Music Live series, which continues a tradition of promoting Cupertino’s music services through sponsored concerts.
The first featured Harry Styles live in New York City on May 20. The recorded concert is available to replay on Apple Music.
Apple history of live music events included the iTunes Festival and the now-discontinued Apple Music Festival. The company briefly introduced “Apple Music Live” in 2019 as a concert series in the U.K. But it didn’t return, probably because of the pandemic.
The Apple Music Live series is available to Apple Music subscribers. You can subscribe to Apple Music for $9.99 per month as an individual, $14.99 per month as a family or via any tier of the Apple One subscription service.
