Big leak reveals Apple Watch Series 7 configurations and pricing

Apple has been strangely quiet about Apple Watch Series 7 pricing since the device was unveiled alongside iPhone 13 last month. The only that’s official just hours before preorders go live is that pricing starts at $399. And that’s it!

But thanks to one big leak, we now know exactly how much other options will cost — and what configurations will be available from 5 a.m. PDT/8 a.m. EDT today. Here’s what you need to know.

Apple Watch Series 7 pricing

Apple Watch Series 7 looks just like its predecessors at first glance, and it hasn’t changed much with this refresh. You get the same chipset, health sensors, and features available in Apple Watch Series 6. But some things are new.

Apple Watch 7 packs larger screens, a more durable design, and up to 33% faster charging. And despite these upgrades, pricing is identical to that of Apple Watch 6 when it made its debut just over a year ago.

Preorders begin today

Apple Watch Series 7 is available to preorder today, starting at 5 a.m. PDT/8 a.m. EDT. Initial supplies are expected to be limited, thanks to apparent production complications, so you’ll need be quick to secure one for launch day.

Apple Watch 7’s official debut is scheduled for Friday, October 15 — at which point the device will be available to pickup and purchase from the Apple Store, and through third-party retailers.
