Apple Card users can now enjoy exclusive offers on Apple services and more. This month’s promotion gives you four months of Apple News+ absolutely free, as well as “unlimited coffee with an offer from Panera.”

Apple has long been offering Apple Pay users (in the U.S., at least) exclusive discounts, freebies, and additional cash back on all kinds of products and services. Now, similar benefits are available to those who hold an Apple Card.

The first offer this week made a surprise appearance in the Wallet app.

Apple Card holders get Apple News+ for free

This month’s promotion offers four months of free access to Apple News+, as well as unlimited coffee with any order from Panera. The full terms aren’t available just yet; it seems the feature is still in the process of rolling out.

Deals and promotions are nothing new for credit card holders, so it’s perhaps surprising that it has taken two years for Apple Card users to get them. Especially if those deals are regularly available on Apple’s own services.

The offers will surely be welcomed by most, though some may not be too pleased to see ads appearing inside the Wallet app itself. And, as far as we can tell, there’s no way to disable them in Apple’s most recent firmware.
