Incoming! Fireball: Visitors From Darker Worlds is a documentary movie scheduled to debut on Apple TV+ in November. It’s from acclaimed directors Werner Herzog and Clive Oppenheimer.

The Apple TV+ summary of says, “From Directors Werner Herzog and Clive Oppenheimer, Fireball: Visitors From Darker Worlds explores how meteorites have impacted our planet’s landscapes and cultures.”

The two filmmakers have worked before. Very successfully. They scored an Oscar nomination for their documentaries Encounters at the End of the World and an Emmy nomination for Into the Inferno.

Their latest collaboration was written and narrated by Herzog. He has been directing documentaries and movies since the 1960s. Among his best-known works is Grizzly Man. He’s also done some acting, including in The Mandalorian.

Fireball: Visitors From Darker Worlds headed for Apple TV+

Fireball: Visitors From Darker Worlds, will premiere Friday, November 13 on Apple TV+. Watching it will require a $4.99-per-month subscription to the video streaming service.

But this also brings access to 42 other movies and shows, either available now or coming soon. That includes The Elephant Queen and the nature docuseries Tiny World, both out now. And Earth At Night In Color will debut Friday, December 4.
