To promote its excellent Apple TV+ documentary Beastie Boys Story, Apple has debuted a short video featuring longtime artistic collaborator Geoff McFetridge discussing five posters he created for the band using an iPad and Apple Pencil. It’s pretty rad.
Check it out below.
The Spike Jonze-directed semi-documentary Beastie Boys Story debuted on Apple TV+ back in April. The two-hour movie, which is available to watch now, tells the story of the band’s rise and various ups and downs over the years. You can check out Cult of Mac‘s review here. (Spoiler alert: It’s pretty great. Whether you’re a huge fan of the group or not.)
Apple TV+ is available for $4.99 per month. Customers who have bought a new iPhone, iPad, Mac or Apple TV get a year’s free subscription as part of their purchase.
