Logitech unveiled Monday the Circle View Camera, a new version of its indoor security camera with improved night vision capability that works exclusively with Apple’s HomeKit Secure Video.

The Circle View Camera has 1080p HD resolution and a 180-degree diagonal field of view. It’s compatible with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi bands, requires an included power adapter, and can be used both indoors and outdoors.

The $160 camera features a wide dynamic range for more detail in sunlight or shadows. Like existing Logitech Circle cameras, the Circle View features an infrared night vision camera so it can continue to record in the dark. It offers full-field visibility up to 15 feet away, with improvements in video quality as well.

Logitech changed the cam’s design slightly from the Circle 2. The Circle View is made of black aluminum with a new base design. A two-way speaker allows communication through the Logitech Circle iOS app.

The new camera supports Apple’s ‌HomeKit‌ Secure Video, recording video to iCloud only. It does not offer a subscription to Logitech’s cloud service.
