When you hear “Jobs” and “Apple” together you probably think of the dearly departed Steve Jobs. But Apple happens to employ well over 100,000 people worldwide — and now it’s got a fancy new hiring page to help it get even more.

The refreshed jobs homepage boasts colorful Apple logo and acts as an “open invitation to open minds.”

The text reads:

“Come to Apple, where thousands of individual imaginations gather together to pave the way to innovation. Here, you’ll do more than join something — you’ll add something.”

It features a short recruitment video, and links to four feature pages, each profiling a different aspect of Apple. One is an “About Apple” page, explaining the ethos that drives the company. Another is a “Teams” page that encourages people to “Find [their] calling].” Another is a page focused on Retail support. This covers Apple Store jobs, which make up a large percentage of Apple’s hiring.

Interestingly, the fourth feature focuses on Machine Learning and AI. This is an area Apple previously lagged behind on. Today, it is making renewed efforts to embrace artificial intelligence as part of its mission. The presence of this page is a testament to that.

Apple’s fancy new hiring page

The “About Apple” hiring page reads:

“We bring amazing people together to make amazing things happen. We’re a diverse collective of thinkers and doers, continuously reimagining our products and practices to help people do what they love in new ways. That innovation is inspired by a shared commitment to great work — and to each other. Because learning from the people here means we’re learning from the best. Everyone here is an innovator, or an innovator-to-be. That’s how we create the kinds of products and experiences that few ever imagine.”

Beyond this page, the actual jobs listing section remains unchanged. However, this tweak certainly makes applying for a job at Apple look more appealing.

Because, you know, working for the world’s biggest tech company with a bunch of smart, talented people didn’t look all that appealing before!
