Fancy using your weekend to get even with the walking dead? If so, you might want to check out the new Zombies mode coming to Call of Duty: Mobile.

Arriving just a few weeks too late for halloween, the new game mode goes live at 9 p.m. PST for iOS players.

Zombies have been a part of the Call of Duty games for a while, with similar modes in Call of Duty: Black Ops and World at War. Their arrival, therefore, is eagerly anticipated on the mobile version of Call of Duty. Zombies will appear in the war game’s Survival and Raid modes.

That’s not the only thing the zombified update will offer. It also adds new maps, controller support, and — coming November 25 — a new Battle Pass as well.

Call of Duty welcomes zombies

After launching last monthCall of Duty: Mobile enjoyed a spectacular start. It reportedly scored more than 100 million downloads in its first week. That makes it the most popular mobile launch game of all time, overtaking Mario Kart Tour’s recent 90 million downloads in a week.

Call of Duty: Mobile brings many of the game modes that made the franchise so popular. These include Team Deathmatch, Free-for-All, Hardpoint and Domination modes — each supporting eight to 10 players. Fans of Fortnite will likely enjoy the battle royale game, which supports up to 100 players on a giant map.

You can download Call of Duty: Mobile here. It requires iOS 9 or above to work. You also need an internet connection in order to play the game.
