ColorWare customizes AirPods Pro
ColorWare can make a set of AirPods Pro uniquely yours.

Apple sells AirPods Pro in any color you want, as long as it’s white. But ColorWare brings some style to these in-ear headphones. The company offers 64 color options, and shoppers can decorate each AirPod differently.

The case can even be a third color.

AirPods Pro available in black, blue, green…

ColorWare promises you can “Customize these awesome little headphones with your favorite color. You can choose whether or not to have the charging case painted, you can even choose 2 different colors for each AirPod! Either way you’ll have a unique pair!”

There are a couple of caveats though. Colorized AirPods Pro won’t be available from ColorWare until January. That’ll make them hard to give as gift during the holiday season.

And this extra service doesn’t come cheap. Apple charges $249 for these hearables. This third-party customization service hikes that to $389 — that’s $140 more. Get the case painted and the cost goes up $50.

To be clear, you don’t send your headphones to ColorWare to paint. You buy a set from this company that’s been painted to your specifications.

Those looking for a cheaper, quicker option might try SlickWraps for AirPods Pro. These skins are more work, but cost $18.65.
