The rumor mill is churning out iPad Mini like a savage beast now. Yesterday we got word on the date of the iPad Mini announcement along with some new mockup pictures, but today we’re finally getting to see some leaked iPad Mini parts that we haven’t seen before.
UkrainianiPhone has some leaked photos of the iPad Mini that show what the black casing will look like. Most mock ups have shown the iPad Mini to have the same grey aluminum back casing as the new iPad, but these new images make the iPad Mini look a lot more like the Nexus 7 because the back panel uses the same iPhone 5 anodized aluminum material.
Take a look:
You can find out everything we think we know about the iPad Mini in our rumor roundup right here.

You’re doing it again COM. Similar to the iPhone 5, you’re showing off and salivating over more secret parts and plans for the rumored iPad mini.
So if the recent we’re-bored-by-the-official-iPhone-5-announcement podcast is any indication, the official Apple keynote reveal of the iPad mini will be yet another unexciting, unsurprising, uninspiring snooze fest complete with cynical and demeaning comments about multi-colored lanyards and earbuds.
Thanks for making official unveilings an exercise in futility.
Ditto.
It would be cool if it came in black, as is the back panel is black.
Also, in the title, Buster, you mention 3G support, but in the actual article, you mention nothing about 3G or what in these photos signifies 3G. I’m pretty sure it’d have LTE support, though.
I didn’t think the iPhone 5 Keynote was boring at all even though we knew everything before hand, keep the news coming.
I can just see Tim Cook, minutes after Steve Jobs was declared dead calling Jony Ive and going “QUICK, DRAW UP PLANS FOR AN IPAD MINI!!”
I can’t imagine SJ would be down for a mini model..
If you look at the photo, there is a sim tray. There is a good chance it will support 3G over LTE in order to cut cost on the device.
As to the 3G please don’t forget that the same places are missing that the big iPad have 3G/4G radios.
If you guys don’t want to hear about Apple rumors and see leaked parts before the launch then don’t read the posts that contain them. If no one reads the posts, then we’d have no reason to post them. Most of our readers enjoy finding out stuff like this and knowing what Apple’s going to launch before they announce it. That’s fine if you don’t enjoy it, just cast your vote against it by not reading it.
hmmm.. sneaked Ukranian iPad stuff eh.. sounds familiar.

(I think this is Russian though?)
Reports have already said that before Steve’s death, he was open to the idea of a smaller iPad. Tim Cook and other Apple execs also vouched for the idea. Steve wasn’t always right, and he was known for contradicting himself. If Steve were still around today we would not only still be getting an iPad mini this fall, but he’d make you think it was his idea all along.
Lol don’t shoot the messenger man. Apple are the ones who let it leak. This is like blaming CNN for 9/11 because they showed footage from it.
Also, what do you think this website is made for? :-)
just as Clarence implied I cannot believe that any one can make $6092 in four weeks on the internet. have you read this web site(Click on menu Home more information) http://goo.gl/g9wPO
I’m a Fandroid with an iPad, MacBookPro, MacPro Xeon. YES! Best of both worlds for wht fits MY preference. Agreed, people here need to chill. Always someone complaining. They need to stay at their theraputic channel known as Facebook and vent there instead. +1
I don’t understand why… since Apple has historically had multiple models in many of its product lines for years:
3 sizes of laptops
2 sizes of iMacs
5 types of iPods
3 models of phones
Yet the iPad should be stuck at 9.7″ forever?
Maybe you should refrain from posting pictures until after the break. You don’t need to read an article to see what the next big thing will look like.
It’s simple. “*Spoiler Alert* pictures after the break”.
