So you want to know more about Mac OS X Lion, but you don’t have a developer account and can’t get your hands on a copy of it. What’s a Mac enthusiast to do?
Turn to Flickr, that’s what. There’s loads of interesting Lion photos and screenshots turning up there.
Ben Dodson (who took the photo above, and kindly allowed us to re-use it – thanks Ben) wrote up his thoughts after a few hours with Lion and seemed to like what he saw.
Augusto Nicolau has posted a long list of interesting screenshots, such as this one of the new About this Mac panel, and this one of the new iDevice-style Storage summary view.
Elsewhere, Jedi Warrior shows Mission Control in use and Kyle has images of Address Book, the new Preview toolbar, and the new crash alert.
Have you played with Lion yet? What do you make of it so far?

Does anyone know where I can get some Lion wallpapers? I would really like to have them for my 27″ iMac. It’s my only Mac, because I’m new to Macs, so I don’t want to install Lion on it and something go wrong, but I would like the wallpapers. Apple always has such gorgeous wallpapers.
