The reviews are in! We’ll tell you what people love and don’t about the iPhone 6… Then, RIP, iPod Classic. We remember the humble beginnings of the device that built the new Apple. And finally, Apple announced a base price of $349 for the Apple Watch, sure, but the prices for the other editions might make even Rolex envious. All that plus the lesser known features of iOS 8; how to get U2 out of your iTunes; and a new social video app has us taking more selfies than ever.

I had 4 mp3 players before switching to the 3rd generation iPod. First the Creative Nomad then The Archos Jukebox (two of each after replacing both of them for broken buttons). If you remember, the 3rd Generation iPod didn’t really have moving buttons and technically that device never broke. It stayed sturdy until i replaced it with the 5th Generation iPod (w/video).

There might be a problem with your iTunes feed. The latest episode won’t download without an error.

I wonder if John Gruber is being used by Apple to help reduce the sticker shock for the new Apple watches. Remembering the Ipad launch, many were expecting a price point of around $900.00, and were shocked when it started at $500.00. I think we are looking at the same situation here. My guess is that the watches will be $349.00, $499.00, and $999.00. This will be the starting price of each watch with the larger size and different bands increasing the price point at each level.
Do you think that Apple will announce the pricing at the event in October. My concern is that if they do it will overshadow the other announcements at the event.
I think they need to announce pricing before the holiday shopping season begins. I know that my wife and daughter have already told everyone that they want Apple gift cards for Christmas so they can get the watch when it launches.
It is definetly going to be interesting.
