If the Death Star had Wi-Fi, it would run on something as powerful (and ominous-looking!) as this limited-edition black AmpliFi HD Mesh Router from Ubiquiti Networks.

Assuming you’re ready to surf like a stormtrooper, you’re in luck. Cult of Mac and Ubiquiti are giving away three of these amazing mesh routers in honor of Star Wars Day. How can you win? Glad you asked, buckethead!

You don’t need to go over to the dark side, or even battle teddy bears on Endor, for your chance to win one of these limited-edition black AmpliFi routers. Just sign up for our email list below and you’ll get your shot.

AmpliFi HD Mesh Router: Wi-Fi done right

When Cult of Mac tested an AmpliFi HD system, we came away spoiled rotten by its outstanding speed, reliability and ease of use. The $349 system we tested consisted of one HD Mesh Router (like the ones we’re giving away, only white) plus a pair of mesh points. That system proved more than capable of bathing a three-story house in blazing-fast Wi-Fi.

This giveaway is for the $149 base unit only, which should prove powerful enough for most homes. (If you’re living in something the size of the Imperial Palace, and need more coverage, you can always add a mesh point or two for $129 each.)

Here’s more info on the AmpliFi HD Mesh Router from Ubiquiti:

“The AmpliFi HD (High Density) Mesh Router can be used as a stand-alone router or with other AmpliFi Mesh Routers for multi-hop, self-healing wireless coverage and enhanced range. For a typical home, the Router alone delivers maximum throughput to meet your streaming and gaming demands with lag-free performance. The Router features an innovative and simple design with an intuitive touchscreen display. A mobile app is available for iOS and Android platforms for instant setup and easy management.”

The black color looks pretty great. The unit retains the useful white illumination at the router’s base (as well as the touchscreen). This is definitely Darth Vader-worthy hardware.

I stopped earning a living at shopritte and after that these days I’m generating $75-97$ every hour. How? Now I am working online! My occupation didn’t actually make me satisfied therefore I chose to take a possibility on something new…after four years it wasn’t easy to give up my day employment however right now I couldn’t be more satisfied.>>> OKNO.UK/r/279jn
