With their usual brushed aluminum elegance, this Boombox Extraordinaire docks with iPods, iPhones and iPads, and offers a line-in AUX connector and USB port to accept audio input from your Mac or PC.
Available in black or white, you can control the BeoSound 8 with the unit’s dedicated remote, a Bang & Olufsen intelligent system remote, or use it with Airport Express and AirTunes to stream wirelessly from your computer. Surface and wall mounting options are available, along with optional colored speaker grills to match your home decor.
At $999 the BeoSound 8 isn’t for the masses, but your iDevice rarely looked this good in bed.

Apart from looking very stylish, this is a high quality hi-fi system which gives surprising range and tone from solid base to sensitive treble. You can alter soung set up via iPod or iPad and watch music or even film videos on an iPad with superb sound. Recommended, though expensive!
