The slim new Nomad Tracking Card works with Apple’s Find My app on your devices and recharges via MagSafe to help you keep tabs on your wallet, purse or other valuables, Nomad said Tuesday.

The credit card-sized tracker goes for $40 individually or $120 for a four-pack.

You can slip the new tracking card among your cards or possessions to discreetly track them. And you can locate the card using the Find My app on your iPhone, iPad or Mac. The new card joins Nomad’s broad range of accessories.

Joining the ranks of popular AirTag alternatives like Tile Slim, the Nomad Tracking Card stands out with its rechargeable battery, a feature lacking in many competitors.

While it may not offer the precision finding capabilities of Apple’s AirTag because it lacks Apple’s U1 chip, the Tracking Card’s convenient form factor makes useful for tracking essentials.

Recharges via MagSafe or Qi

Crafted from durable polycarbonate, the Tracking Card boasts an IPX7 rating, ensuring protection against water and dust. Its rechargeable battery lasts up to 5 months on a single charge, and you can conveniently top it up using any Qi or MagSafe wireless charger.

While compatible with MagSafe charging, Nomad noted the Tracking Card does not contain any magnets. So there’s no risk it will demagnetize or interfere with other cards in your wallet.

Although it may not offer the same level of precision as Apple’s U1 chip-equipped devices, the Nomad Tracking Card still leverages the Find My Network, making it a valuable tool for locating your belongings in a broader area. That way, you can identify the general vicinity where you misplaced it.

You can buy the new Nomad Tracking Card directly from Nomadgoods.com. Nomad offers a starter pack of four Tracking Cards at a discounted price of $120, saving you $20.
