Take a few minutes to relax while also stretching your brain with finity. It’s a match-3 game but with sliding tiles instead of the usual gems.
This is the latest addition to Apple Arcade, and is available for Mac, iPhone and other platforms.
finity is a twist on typical match-3 games
Puzzlers are a popular genre for mobile games because they can be played in a couple of minutes. And there are plenty of match-3 games to choose from because gamers like them — it’s as simple as that. But launching a successful new one requires more than offering yet another clone of Bejeweled.
finity goes in a different direction by using sliding tiles. And the twist is that these wrap around the game board — slide a tile off one side and it all reappears on the other.
“finity is a minimalist, thoughtful, and handcrafted 2D game that remixes the best elements of iconic puzzle games to create a reimagined and satisfying puzzle experience,” promises Apple.

finity from Seabaa can be downloaded now from the Apple Arcade section of the App Store. It’s playable on iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple TV.
Playing comes with a $4.99-per-month subscription to Apple’s gaming service. That also includes access to 200+ games. New titles are added almost every week, with four additions in August.
