The people behind the popular iPhone, iPad and Mac email client Spark announced Tuesday full support for trackpad and mice on iPadOS, as well as the ability to add emoji reactions to shared emails or comments.

“Today’s update makes your team communication more fun and engaging while letting you breeze through your inbox faster with a mouse or a trackpad. … For all of you who use an iPad as your primary work device, Spark introduces the full mouse and trackpad support. Our goal with this update is to provide you with a smooth and effortless email experience on your iPad.”

Spark users on the iPad can now quickly scroll through their emails, perform swipe actions with a trackpad, and easily select the text. When hovering over different toolbars in Spark, the pointer will change its appearance to enhance their navigation.

The new emoji reactions in Spark for Teams is avaiable on both iOS and Mac.

Using Spark with a Bluetooth mouse or trackpad will require iPadOS 13.4.
