Apple’s first big product launch of 2018 is finally here after the HomePod launch was pushed back last year.
HomePod pre-orders are set to open to the public in just a few hours on Friday, January 25th. If the launch is anything like the iPhone X or AirPods, shipping times could slip quick, but it’s going to be hard to know when you can buy one.
The exact time for when the HomePod preorders go on sale hasn’t been revealed by Apple. We tried contacting Apple’s PR department to response and the online specialists didn’t know if it’s going to be at 12:01AM PT or 10AM PT.
If you’re want to make sure you definitely get one, you might want to set an alarm for 12AM PT just to check. If it’s later in the day then get ready to fight the rush to Apple’s servers.
From there the only decision you have to make is what color your want.
Pricing on the HomePod starts at $349 with units shipping to customers on February 9th. You can also pick one up from stores on that date.
