By

This year’s WWDC is now just a weekend away, and with announcements for iCloud, iOS 5 and Mac OS X Lion already confirmed, I can barely contain my excitement. I’m not too bothered that there (probably) won’t be a new iPhone this summer – for me, it’s all about iCloud and iOS 5.

What are you most excited for?

  3. Rolando Murillo says:

Not even. You will be able to have your 32 GB (iPhone 4) for Books, Apps and Photos.

  4. Barton Lynch says:

I am giddy for monday. I’m excited for everything

  5. Greg Braddock says:

Honestly, new hardware without a COMPLETELY re-vamped notification system means nothing to me. Apple needs to have this addressed in iOS 5 and it should outshine any Android notification system… seriously? 4 years later and we still have the same tired ass notification system?

  6. KillianBell says:

How silly of me! Now amended – thank you.

  7. jayoen says:

Cmonnnn new hardware!!! (and I don’t mean a new AirPort)

  8. Ozzie Apple Boy says:

I think Lion is excting but cause we have a fair idea of the “majority” of features I am just not THAT excited. But i certainly expect some more goodies…pretty please :)

iOS 5 however we have NO idea. Notifications & widgets are expected and are big…but seriously? We need more than that! iOS 4 brought folders, multi-tasking, improved email and 97 other changes big & small. I cannot describe how pumped i am to see hopefully 98+ changes in iOS 5 INCLUDING WIRELESS SYNCING!

  9. James Tyler says:

We’ve heard so much about the streaming aspects of iCloud, I’m most excited about seeing Apple’s big picture for cloud services in general. What changes will occur in the switch from MobileMe to iCloud? How will iCloud integrate with iOS5 or Lion & how much will become available to developers? – I think next week’s announcements will be our first tangible look at Apple’s roadmap for the modern computing experience. The natural language of Siri, Nuance’s voice recognition, universal access to files & media – all topped off with some Apple polish – it’s going to be one hell of a ride.

  10. Ed_Kel says:

+1 for Lion. I always enjoy learning new versions of OSX and I think this one will rock!

  11. Barton Lynch says:

I REALLY want wireless syncing and updating on iOS devices

I’m really looking forward to the three announced areas equally :)

  13. facebook-505899793 says:

I’ve long given up on a modern notification system, and have been using Notified Pro via Jailbreak. However, if Apple can finally provide an upgrade there, and something decent on the lock screen, I’ll be a happy guy.

  14. Andrew Cybulska says:

Please let Lion come out soon.

  15. Blake Beavers says:

  21. Matt says:

will iCloud do away with the need for your mac at home? at the moment you have to sync your iPhone, iPad with a computer, will iOS5 / iCloud get rid of this? If so, sounds interesting…

  22. Dean says:
