Whats Apple’s Return policy if I buy the 16GB Wifi model now and want to exchange within a few days ?
Well, don’t open it if you’re planning on returning it!
You can return anything within 14 days for a full refund, no questions asked — as long as you don’t open it.
If you do open it, you still have 14 days to return it. But it must be in perfect condition, have the full packaging, and apple will charge a 10% restocking fee, which could be as high as $80 for the high-end models.
Here’s Apple’s return policy in detail:

I bought the original ipad a week befor they announced the ipad 2 and they let me return mine for a full refund with no restocking fee and it was opened.
Thanks Guys, that’s helpful. Does anybody know is Amazon will carry the iPad 2 ?
Idiocy and consumerism all wrapped up in one.

Haha I love theses types of pictures. They make me laugh, then sigh, then shake my head.
Fix the Charleston store pic caption. We haven’t called the city “Charles Towne” since colonial times.

Thats awesome.
apple is no longer charging restocking fees as long as it is returned under 14 days.
