Slip the Ekster Finder Card into your wallet and it can be located with Apple’s Find My network. It’s much like an AirTag, except a lot flatter.

The credit card-size accessory just hit the market.

Misplacing your wallet is a huge inconvenience. You can’t drive without your license, you need your credit cards, and you certainly don’t want to say goodbye to the cash that’s in it.

An Ekster Finder Card makes losing your wallet virtually impossible. If it isn’t where you thought it was, pull out your iPhone and use the Find My application to set off an audible alarm within 300 feet.

And the card sends a reminder to your iPhone when you accidentally leave it behind.

If you lose Ekster’s device outside your home, any passing iPhone can automatically alert you as to its location thanks to the convenience of Apple’s FindMy network. That’s the same system used by AirTags. At any time, you can open the Find My app on your iPhone or other device and see the location of your wallet.

Ready to go

Finder Card is 2.4 mm thin (under 0.1 inches), but it’s water resistant and Ekster promises it’s built to last.

The accessory uses a built-in rechargeable battery. It’s designed to last six months with every charge.

Finder Card is available now for $49.

There’s no AirTag designed to fit in a wallet — it’s too thick. But Pebblebee Card rivals Ekster’s new offering for its slimness.
