The ongoing sports drama series Swagger on Apple TV+ is loosely based on Curry’s life. But those who want a more direct look at the celebrity athlete will soon get their chance.
Underrated is a coming-of-age story about how an undersized player at a small town Division I college rose to become a four-time NBA champion.

Peter Nicks took the director’s chair. He also directed The Waiting Room, about a hospital struggling to care for a community of largely uninsured patients. The documentary received much praise from critics.

Stephen Curry: Underrated is set to debut on Apple TV+ on Friday, July 21.
Watching will come with a $6.99-per-month subscription to Apple TV+. But that includes plenty more series and films, including the aforementioned Swagger.
