Home-office goods maker Grovemade rolled out white-oak versions of its popular desk shelves Tuesday, adding a classy new option for anyone trying to improve their computer setup.

You can get the new desk shelves in small, medium or large sizes. They’re not cheap, but you deserve to have nice things.

Grovemade White Oak Desk Shelves

Portland, Oregon-based Grovemade called its desk shelves, now available in new White Oak versions, its flagship product.

As far as your computer setup goes, the shelves offer an attractive way to elevate your monitor to eye level — that reduces neck strain — and gain extra storage space on the desktop.

Here’s Grovemade’s description of the release:

Since 2014, we’ve iterated and evolved our desk accessory lineup, but one constant has been our use of two wood species: Western Walnut and Eastern Hardrock Maple. However, today we’re adding a new flavor to the mix: White Oak. It’s a beautiful hardwood species, popular in fine furniture and interiors—we’re excited to introduce our flagship desk shelf in this new wood, as another iteration and evolution of our products.

Cork legs and aluminum shelf

The new shelves feature a solid white oak top shelf, non-slip cork legs that won’t scratch your desk, and an aluminum secondary shelf with a curved back to keep items on it — like your MacBook Pro — from slipping off.

The company said it will eventually make white-oak versions of its whole product line. It invited people to sign up on its website for updates on its progress.

Grovemade’s new White Oak Desk Shelves cost $190 (small), $300 (medium) or $380 (large).
