Need quicker and more convenient charging for your Apple gadgets? Accessory maker ESR launched its CryoBoost line of MagSafe-compatible accessories Tuesday.
The new CryoBoost lineup includes a 3-in-1 charger, a 2-in-1 charger and car charger. They all increase charging speeds by circulating air over the charging coil and your iPhone, the company said.

New ESR MagSafe-compatible CryoBoost chargers include 3-in-1, 2-in-1 and car charger
ESR expanded its lineup of MagSafe-compatible accessories Tuesday by adding three new products featuring CryoBoost to increase charging performance,
“The future of charging is wireless, but wireless charging’s biggest bottleneck is overheating. Wireless charging creates heat which forces charging speeds to slow in order to protect the user’s phone,” said ESR CEO Tim Wu. “CryoBoost fixes this problem by combining a phone-cooling fan and first-of-their-kind heat-dissipating components that cool the user’s phone while they charge.”
ESR claims CryoBoost accessories can charge faster than even Apple’s MagSafe puck because of the fan.
The 3-in-1 charger powers up your iPhone, Apple Watch and AirPods charging case simultaneously. But you need to connect your own Apple Watch charging puck at the bottom of the charger. And you can get a USB-C version for fast-charging Apple Watch Series 7.
The car charger mounts on a dashboard vent. A stabilization clip helps mitigate bumpy rides. The charger powers through USB-C but you’ll need to get your own power adapter.
All three of the chargers work with Apple’s MagSafe. They magnetically hold your phone at any angle for viewing when connected. A light around the edges tells you when charging is underway.
You can buy the new ESR CryoBoost lineup at Amazon. The HaloLock CryoBoost 3-in-1 charger costs $69, the HaloLock CryoBoost 2-in-1 charger goes for $59 and the HaloLock CryoBoost car charger will run you $39.
