Just in time for the weekend, you can download and play a new farming simulator and adventure game called Sunrise Village. Indie developer InnoGames released it Friday for iOS and Android devices.

Sunrise Village: Farm simulator and adventure on iOS

Sunrise Village gameplay begins with you, the player, traveling to the namesake town to look into some odd happenings at their grandfather’s behest to investigate some odd happenings. As you investigate further, the adventure whisks you through a tale of fabled crafters creating six magical crystals to spread elemental energy across the town.

Part of the adventure, of course, is finding those crystals in and around the village. As you go, you unlock new areas to explore. And you also meet new villagers who need help with work on their properties. Helping them earns rewards in the form of specialized materials that make your own farm develop.

Meanwhile, the game includes an in-between adventures section, in which you help your grandfather with his farm, growing or making items that may help you when you return to the adventures.

Multiplayer element

Another important aspect of the game is its multiplayer element. It lets you create and join teams in order to accomplish different tasks. With the group — if you choose to join one — you can toil together to complete Weekly Team Explorations. They help you discover new lands and various types of rewards.
