Prince William is the next guest on Time to Walk for Apple Fitness+

His Royal Highness Prince William will be the next guest on Time to Walk for Apple Fitness+. It will be a “special holiday episode” that closes out the series on December 6, Apple said on Friday. A free version will also be available.

During the episode, Prince William reflects on “a lighthearted moment when he was drawn out of his comfort zone, the value of listening as a way to empower others, and an experience that led him to prioritize mental health.”

Price William drops in on Time to Walk

Time to Walk is an audio show on Apple Fitness+ that gives subscribers something to listen to while they’re out for a stroll. Each episode ranges from 25-40 minutes and features inspiring stories and music.

Time to Walk has featured a number of high-profile guests in the past, including Dolly Parton, Anthony Joshua, Shawn Mendes, and Camilla Cabello. But, for Brits especially, they don’t get much bigger than Prince William.

“In his Time to Walk episode, Prince William talks about the importance of keeping mentally fit,” Apple said. The company will make donations to three charities chosen by the Prince, including:

A free version will be available

You can listen to the episode from Monday, December 6 — and you don’t need to be an Apple Fitness+ subscriber. Three “special audio airings” will also be available free through the Apple Music 1 radio station on Apple Music.

“Listeners who tune in on Monday, December 6, at 8 a.m. local time in London and Los Angeles; and on Tuesday, December 7, at 8 a.m. local time in Sydney, should plan on a 38-minute walk with Prince William,” Apple said.
