It’s inevitable for writers, especially copywriters, to find themselves in a rut due to constant repetition. Luckily, there are tricks to avoid staleness and make your writing more interesting — especially if you have to write about the same subject more than once.

That’s where a $75 AI writing tool called Rytr comes in.

Rytr: A smart AI writing tool

The name of the software, “Rytr,” is a play on the word “writer.” Pretty clever, huh? Well, the whole app is clever, and you’ll find that out as you familiarize yourself with it. Since it’s web-based, you don’t have to download anything on your computer or phone. (That’s particularly helpful for those who constantly face the dreaded “out of storage” message.)

Despite its name, Rytr won’t write entire articles for you. After all, that’s your job! However, it will make your content stand out and sound more professional. It also will improve how your work sounds — and can help increase web traffic.

What an AI writing assistant can do for you

My first impression of Rytr was definitely a good one. When I typed in some sample paragraphs and played around with some of the features, it kind of felt like cheating because it’s just so convenient! In fact, it fixed certain parts of my writing that I didn’t even think needed fixing. Plus, Rytr rearranged my wording in a way that made it sound less in need of an editor. It even removed unnecessary words that came off as redundant or didn’t add any significant value. I especially appreciated how much time it saved me when working on assignments.

The problem with a lot of writing tools is that they are overly complicated and difficult to use. The best AI writing assistant is one that is user-friendly, has the convenience of generating content at scale, and is capable of producing quality content across all niches and topics.

Rytr checks all those boxes.

Rytr’s AI is not strictly for copywriting, either. It can be used for other purposes such as blog outlines, landing page and website copy, product descriptions, SEO meta titles and descriptions, and much more. (Its creators list more than 30 use cases.) Rytr even comes with a built-in SEO analyzer, which proves great for optimizing your content with the most popular search keywords.

Tools to improve your writing

With Rytr, you get multiple features to help improve your copy. Choose “expand” if you need to hit a certain word count and you’re running short. Or hit “shorten” if you run into the opposite problem. A simple “improve” will boost the overall content of your piece, while “command” will send custom text generations to the AI.

And then there’s my personal favorite, “reword.” It’s like having your own dedicated editor on standby. If you want to be sure your AI-boosted content is original, there’s a plagiarism checker on board as well.

Another of my favorite features of this software is the wide range of different writing voices it offers, from casual all the way up to formal. There are more than 20 available, and you can choose whichever one you think fits your content and audience best.

A solution for writer’s block

Oh, and writer’s block? You’ll forget what that even means. With Rytr, you won’t find yourself staring into space trying to compose your next blog post or come up with a catchy social media caption ever again. For example, if I were writing about the benefits of, say, exercising your dog for an hour every day and I was about to hit a wall, here’s what I would do:

After loading Rytr, I would select my language, my tone (in this case I chose “informative”), my use case (blog section writing), my topic (benefits of exercising your dog daily) and my keywords (pet health, dog health, dog exercise, animal care, dog welfare). Finally, I would click “Ryte for Me.”

I did that, and three well-written blurbs about why significant dog exercise is important appeared on the page. The whole thing only took a few seconds. That’s what I meant earlier about saving time!

Rytr’s best features are its clean and intuitive interface, the choice of writing tones to suit your needs, and the autofill function that provides you with helpful rephrasing suggestions (from your selected 30 to 300 characters).

Since I’ve been using Rytr, I have seen the benefits firsthand. It’s extremely practical, user-friendly and offers a quality of writing that really stands out from other tools I’ve tried. Trustpilot and G2 are on the same page, with both rating Rytr at 4.8 out of 5 stars.

Save on Rytr writing software

This lifetime Rytr plan is currently available for just a $75 investment. With it, you can generate 75,000 characters per month — which is a ton of writing, SEO and web assistance! You’ll also get access to future updates and features, Rytr’s premium members-only community, the account manager, and priority email support.

Whether you’re a working writer like me, an entrepreneur looking to launch a website, or a content creator with writer’s block, there’s no better time than now to start improving your copy. Get yourself this advantageous writing software for a steal while you can.
