Kensington brought out two new USB-C hubs this week featuring up to 100W passthrough charging and as high as 4K 60Hz HDMI connectivity along with other features.

The two models vary slightly in their features as well as their styling. One can turn a single port on your Mac into eight ports, while the other manages to convert one port into six. You can choose the one with an aluminum casing or the one with the fabric shell.
Kensington offers a 2-year warranty on the products, which is longer than some competitors’ warranty periods. The pricing is somewhat competitive, too.

The 8-in-1 Kensington USB-C hub comes with a standard aluminum shell, common among such hubs.
It offers three USB-A 3.2 ports, one USB-C 3.2 input with 85W passthrough charging, Gigabit Ethernet, micro/SD and HDMI supporting 4K connectivity at a 60Hz refresh rate.
You can pick up the hub for $79.99.

Kensington’s other new USB-C dock turns a single port into six. That’s a couple fewer than what the 8-in-1 hub offers, but with this one you get 100W passthrough charging through the USB-C 3.2 port.
The station also offers dual USB-A 3.2 inputs, Gigabit Ethernet, VGA and HDMI connectivity with support for up to 4K with a 30Hz refresh rate.
Rather than aluminum, this hub’s design features a soft fabric surface designed to “complement your workspace,” Kensington said.
You can pick up the docking station for $109.99.
