There’s no reason leap day should only happen once every four years. With Nitrome’s Super Leap Day, it can be every day! This fast-paced one-button platformer offers a new level to play every single day.

And it’s not the only game to debut on Apple Arcade this Friday. A pair of classic titles are also available for subscribers at no additional cost.

Make today Super Leap Day

The goal of this game is to reach the top of each level by boosting up walls and ceilings, avoiding obstacles and traps. And don’t get thrown if gravity suddenly goes all topsyturvey.

There are different characters to play with a range of silly-but-useful abilities, like Puffer’s inflatable head, Spout’s powers of suction and the sticky grip of Goop.

Leap on it now on Apple Arcade

Nitrome’s Super Leap Day can be installed now from the Apple Arcade section of the App Store. It’s for iPhone, Mac, iPad and Apple TV, and supports external game controllers on iOS, Mac and iPadOS.

And that’s not all. Subscribers to Apple’s gaming service also got access on Friday to Monster Hunter Stories+, an RPG about catching monsters and making them fight.

Plus there’s Super Stickman Golf 3+, which promises amazing courses, wild game modes, crazy power ups and more.

Access to Super Leap Day, the two classic games, and nearly 200 other titles comes with a single $4.99-per-month Apple Arcade subscription. Players can be assured that there are zero in-app purchases, ads or loot boxes. These are banned, and have been removed from the classic games available through the service.
