One of the easiest ways to pirate movies and TV shows is back just in time for the great stay-at-home coronavirus quarantine party of 2020.

Popcorn Time, the legendary app that was basically a Netflix for privacy, announced its return Tuesday on Twitter, saying its newest build, called “Love in the Time of Corona Version 0.4,” is available for download.

Grab it while you can.

Popcorn Time uses torrents to stream content to your Mac. You can also AirPlay your Mac’s screen to Apple TV and watch shows on the big screen. Popcorn Time became immensely popular when it was released in 2014 because of an easy-to-use interface that made using BitTorrent files less intimidating than going through sites like The Pirate Bay.

Obviously, none of this is strictly legal, so use it at your own risk.

Some of the current titles you can stream on Popcorn Time include Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, Jumanji: The Next Level, 1917, Frozen 2 and Contagion. There are a bunch of TV shows available as well.

If you’re looking to kill some time at home, you can download Popcorn Time by visiting the app’s website. You’ll have to lower your Mac’s security settings to allow apps from unrecognized developers in order to install it.
