Sandwich chain Jimmy John’s will throw in a free drink to customers in its loyalty reward program who make a $10 purchase with Apple Pay.

This will encourage iPhone users to visit Jimmy John’s — and also to set up Apple Pay on their phone or Apple Watch.

The fast-food restaurant sent a message to customers Wednesday. “Use Apple Pay with Freaky Fast Rewards and earn a free drink on your account,” said the message. “Spend $10 or more in store, in the Jimmy John’s app or on jimmyjohn’s.com, through March 15.”

Freaky Fast Rewards is the chain’s loyalty program, which launched last year. It’s integrated with Apple’s payment system (as well as Google Pay).

For iPhone owners, there’s nothing to install to use Apple Pay. It comes built into iPhones and Apple Watches. However, it does take a little bit of setup. Users must add their credit or debit cards to make wireless payments in stores or restaurants with compatible point-of-sale machines.

If you’ve never used Apple Pay, you should. It’s both faster and more secure than using a regular credit or debit card.

Founded in 1983, Jimmy John’s offers a range of made-to-order sandwiches. The company expanded rapidly in recent years, adding locations in most states. However, the company faced controversy due to founder Jimmy John Liautaud, who used to hunt big game. The company faced boycotts in the past after pictures of animals Liautaud killed, including an elephant, went viral on social media.
