Apple plans to celebrate International Women’s Day throughout the entire month of March with some special Today at Apple sessions that encourage women to explore their creativity.

The new ‘She Creates’ series of sessions will be available at Apple Stores from March 1 to March 31, giving visitors hands-on training for coding, photography, augmented reality and more.

International Women’s Day 2020 is celebrated globally on March 8, 2020. Apple says it will bring in inspiring female creators to share ideas with others and explore new perspectives in hands-on sessions using the iPad, iPhone and Mac.

Depending on where you live, you might be able to attend some of the special events being hosted at Apple stores. The Williamsburg Apple store in Brooklyn is hosting a “Design a Prototype” session with the creators of the popular mental health app, Shine. The app cofounders will give insight on being women in tech and help attendees prototype an app.

Another session called “AR Experiences” dives into artist Sarah Rothberg’s creative approach and art. The class teaches people how to code augmented reality experiences as well. There are other classes for Mac skills, iPad drawing sessions and more.

To find sessions available in your area, visit the She Creates page on the Today at Apple website.
