The new three-camera array on the back of the iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max really got Twitter cooking.

It didn’t take long after today’s “By Innovation Only” event for internet jokers to hit us with their best stovetop memes. But the laughs don’t stop there. Apple fans and haters alike saw everything from electric razors to Pokémon characters in the new iPhone design. Check out some of the best cheap shots taken at Apple’s iconic new design.

Actually, the iPhone 11 Pro camera bump served as something of a Rorschach test. Something about that instantly recognizable three-camera array triggered an explosion of memes.

Of course, the meme-makers had a bit of advance warning. So many leaks and rumors about the iPhone 11 Pro Max flooded the internet that we pretty much knew going into today’s keynote how the design would look.

Still, you’ve got to admire the enthusiasm with which Twitter users took to making fun of that big camera bump. You know, the one that capture the images that enable the iPhone 11 Pro camera to perform astonishing feats of “computational photography mad science.”

What do you see?

I remember when I saw the first iPhone 11 Pro design leaks, which basically nailed the design. To me, the big camera bump looked ungainly and unattractive. Now I guess I’ve grown accustomed to it. The design looks OK — but the new photographic firepower sounds amazing.

So, what does the iPhone 11 Pro camera bump look like to you? With prices starting at $999, the latest “pro” iPhones surely won’t be an impulse buy for most people. Still, the advanced camera features might prove enough of a draw to get shutterbugs
