Want to pick yourself up one of Sanho’s amazing HyperMac batteries, which will allow you to recharge your MacBook, iPhone or iPad for dozens or even hundreds of hours on a single charge?

Well, better get moving: Sanho has just sent out a notice saying that they will soon stop selling their line of HyperMac products due to their current legal woes with Apple.

Over on their official site, Sanho “>writes:

As part of our ongoing comprehensive licensing negotiations with Apple regarding a wide array of technologies and issues, we have decided to cease the sale of the MacBook charging cables and car charger on November 2, 2010.

While we will continue to sell the same batteries together with the rest of our product line after November 2nd, they will not be able to charge MacBooks without the cables.

If you wish to get the world’s ONLY external battery and car charger solution that works with ALL MacBook, MacBook Air and MacBook Pro (supports dual voltage) as well as the iPad, iPhone 3/3GS/4, iPod and all other USB devices, NOW is the time.

Apple, as you might recall, sued Sanho recently for violating their patent on the MacBook’s MagSafe adapter, as well as the iPod Dock Connector. Sanho has long argued that their products didn’t violate any of Apple’s patents, since they used used and repurposed but first-party connectors in all of their products… but obviously Sanho feels that their case would be too expensive to pursue against the largest tech company in America.
