Apple products seem to have dropped off shoppers’ wish lists this Prime Day.
Despite big discounts on Apple Watch, AirPods and Beats headphones, only one Apple product made it into the top 10 searches in the U.S. The Nintendo Switch claimed the top spot by a good margin.
Prime Day is a great time to buy some of the hottest products at a huge discount. This year, Amazon offered Apple Watch Series 3 for as little as $169, up to half off Beats headphones, and its biggest price cuts yet on the newest AirPods.
And yet, only the iPad managed to make it into the list of top 10 searches this year. And the tablet landed right at the bottom.
Prime Day shoppers not interested in Apple deals
Data from Hitwise reveals that approximately 1.16 million people searched “iPad” on Prime Day, earning it the 10th spot in top searches. That’s a jump of 17 places from last year.
“Ring doorbell,” “wireless earbuds,” “Fitbit” and “headphones” also made it into the top 10, but three other products proved particularly hot among bargain hunters.
Amazon’s own Fire TV Stick claimed the third spot, with approximately 1.66 million searches, while “TV” claimed the second spot with 1.81 million.

Nintendo topped the list, with its incredibly popular Switch console earning 1.90 million searches in the U.S.
Nintendo tops all over
The Switch also ranked No. 1 in searches in the United Kingdom and Australia, where not a single Apple product made it into the top 10, despite the lists being dominated by consumer tech.
This year’s Prime Day was the first to run for two days, and unsurprisingly it was the biggest yet. Amazon sold more than 175 million items across 18 countries.
That made Prime Day bigger than last year’s Black Friday and Cyber Monday combined.
