If you’ve been wondering what it’s like falling 450 feet, a new video gives a glimpse.

A woman riding on the world’s tallest swing ride dropped her iPhone 7 Plus while taking a selfie video. It continued to record the entire drop.

Cansel Yildirim was on the StarFlyer in Orlando, Florida when the incident occurred. This ride is 450 feet tall.

(The drop begins near the 35 second point.)

Find My iPhone to the rescue

After the ride ended, Yildirim used the Find My iPhone app to locate the device on the ground.

Amazingly, her iPhone 7 Plus was only slightly scratched, despite not being in a protective case. “It is truly a miracle that nothing has happened to my phone as it didn’t break or crack at all,” Yildirim told Orlando’s News 6.

The management of the StarFlyer tries very hard to get people to not bring loose items on the ride. The plunging iPhone 7 Plus had a happy ending, but it could instead have struck someone on the ground.

Another of Apple device took a fall on camera recently. Earlier this month, GizmoSlip tested to see if an iPhone would survive a 100 foot drop only protected by toilet paper.
