Ark: Survival Evolved is now available on Android and iOS.

The popular survival game from Studio Wildcard is completely free-to-play and in-app purchases aren’t necessary. The only thing you need to worry about is staying alive in a world dominated by dinosaurs.

Ark is a great game, but thanks to a flood of similar survival games, it quickly lost steam after it made its debut on Mac and PC last August. Now the game is expanding its reach to mobile so more of us can enjoy it.

Do you have what it takes to survive Ark?

Ark sees you stranded on a mysterious island, which is dominated by more than 100 primeval creatures. To survive, you’ll need to harvest resources, craft essential items, grow crops, and build shelters.

You will also need to tame, train and breed some of the dinosaurs you come up against. Get it right and they’ll help you travel around the island as you hunt for food and additional resources.

Ark is completely free-to-play on mobile. In-app purchases are available for additional items, but they can all be earned through progression. That means you don’t have to spend a penny to enjoy the complete experience.

If you’re really enjoying the game, however, you may want to subscribe for the Primal Pass. It gives you a permanent double XP bonus, removes all ads, provides early access to news and special events, and lets you play on Primal Pass exclusive servers for $3.99 a month or $34.99 a year.

Download Ark: Survival Evolved from the App Store and Google Play now to start your survival adventure. The game officially supports iPhone 7 and up, the fourth-generation iPad mini and up, and Android devices with at least 3GB of RAM.

Ark will also be available on the Nintendo Switch later this year.
