The designers at the Jerusalem-based company miggo are happy if its customers are left standing in the rain.

This really is supportive when you consider photography accessory company has a reputation for producing storm-proof bags and cases so photographers don’t have to run for cover before they get their shots.

miggo Thursday introduced three new bags to its Agua X line with a backpack, sling bag and a dedicated drone bag that includes a roll out launch pad.

The bags are available for pre-order on Indiegogo, where miggo has fielded three successful campaigns to crowd-fund the making of its products.

Founded four years ago, miggo has an impressive catalog that includes bags large and small, camera straps, a neat little bendable tripod called the Splat and the Pictar, which provides a DSLR-like camera grip for the iPhone.

The storm-proof Agua X line, from a simple camera rain cover or a full-sized backpack, are all made with thick layers of tarpaulin. The company puts its prototypes through a gauntlet of tests that include mud, snow and extended water spraying to see how well the martial protect the contents.

miggo appears to have created a sleeker, more rounded design for both the Sling and Versa backpack compared to the company’s other bags. The Agua Drone Lander, designed to carry either a Mavic or Spark drone, is its first drone-specific bag.

Early bird offers let backers pick any bag for $99. Once that goes, the next 100 backers could get one for $119.

Agua Versa Backback

The pack has a harness system for three different carrying styles – traditional backpack, sling or straps that cross in an X across the chest. The removable, modular support can carry a DSLR system with a flash and two lenses and has the depth for a long lens, like a 70-200 mm f2.8 zoom. Gear can be accessed from a side zippered opening.

There are ports for charging your devices (power source and cords not included) and protective pockets to fit both a MacBook and iPad.

The Versa will retail for $219 but can be pre-ordered on Indiegogo for $169 if early-bird offers sell out.

Agua Sling

The Sling is a more compact design than the backpack but has a little more storage for lenses. It has a wide, padded single shoulder strap. The bag moves fluidly from back to front for quick access to gear. Like the backpack, it has a front pocket for personal items and a dedicated laptop pocket.

The Sling will retail for $179 but is available on Indiegogo for $139.

Agua Drone Lander

As the popularity of drones soars so has the need for dedicated bags. The Drone Lander has a long, slim profile with spaces for the quadcopter and related accessories.

The matt doubles as a launch pad and assembly station and is designed with a sling strap with a secondary diagonal strap to keep the bag tight to the body.

The Drone Lander will retail for $169 but is available on Indiegogo for $129.
