The fourth beta build of iOS 10.1 was seeded to public testers today by Apple after the company gave developers a first look at the software last week.
The new beta comes less than a week after Apple seeded iOS 10.1 beta 3 to testers, bringing a number of bug fixes and as well as support for Portrait Mode on the iPhone 7 Plus.

Public testers can grab iOS 10.1 beta 4 via direct download, or via an over-the-air update if they have the configuration file already installed on their iPhone or iPad.
Apple added support for Portrait Mode on the iPhone 7 Plus in the first beta for iOS 10.1 as well as some other minor UI tweaks that make Apple’s “biggest release ever” even better.
Previous beta builds also added tweaks like a replay button under message effects and a tidier dock for the Messages apps. iOS 10 beta 4 likely focuses solely on under-the-hood improvements and performance enhancements.

Can anyone tell what are the new stuffs? Did they update Portrait Mode?
nah – sorry. The skeptic in me says they are just accelerating the obsolesce of earlier devices that are no longer capable of being upgraded. Hence missing out on updated security features, and incapable of managing the demands of Apples own app applications without recent recent iOS renderings.
whats crazy is that no one has even mentioned the very annoying animation lag in iOS 10 that these Betas have yet to fix. When you hit the home button there is a definitive lag back to home screen… anyone??? It’s all over the apple community forums
