The second iOS 9.2 beta was released to developers yesterday and Apple is already making the new software update available to public beta testers as well starting today.

Apple’s release notes for iOS 9.2 beta 2 don’t mention any major new features. It appears that the update contains mostly bug fixes and under the hood improvements.

iOS 9.2 beta 2 contains improvements for Safari View Controller and adds AT&T’s NumberSync Wi-Fi Calling feature. There are also numerous bug fixes for iCloud KeyChain, Apple Watch, audio problems, video playback issues.

Public Beta testers can grab the software via an over-the-air update. IF you haven’t joined Apple’s Beta Software Program yet you can sign up to receive the betas for iOS and OS X on Apple’s website.
