Starting April 10th you’ll finally be able to go into an Apple Store and try on Jony Ive’s first wearable, as long as you have an appointment. Those shopping for the regular Apple Watch and Sport models will get up-to 15 minutes of hands-on time at the Apple Store, but if you’re looking at the Apple Watch Edition, you’ll get to play with it twice as long.

Apple Store employees at two separate locations in New York have told the International Business Times that fashionistas looking for the $10,000 Apple Watches will get a 30 minute appointment to check it out.

Apple will even go the extra mile for regular peons like you and me who have no hope of ever buying the gold Apple Watch Edition, as long as you feign interest. To let the store know what you’re interested before your appointment, customers can mark their favorite models in the Apple Store app. Those preferences will be stored with your Apple ID, and when your reservation is made, the store will know exactly which ones you’re already interested in so staffers can show you the models right away.

You still won’t be able to actually buy your Apple Watch until April 24th, and there’s still very little information about which Apple Watch Edition bands will be carried by stores, though the the most expensive version will likely only be available at select locations.
